2024 Spring Leadership Meetings
Nearly 200 leaders from around the world in our family of churches gathered in Pasadena this past week for the annual International Church of Christ (ICOC) Spring Leadership Meetings. “Building Together, Stronger” was the theme for this time of prayer, connection, discussion, and inspiration. Anne and I were grateful to be able to participate and benefit in this phenomenal time of building the faith and unity of our global family! Just a few of the highlights for us:

TJ Says Hello and Shares Good News From Dallas
TJ is now back in Dallas and wanted to say hello and share some good news with us: "I really appreciate the love I received during my short stay in the Bay. My job brought me to the Bay and I am glad it did because I got to meet some wonderful brothers and sisters and formed some life long friendships. I will definitely miss everyone in the Bay, but my physical family is back in Texas and they wanted me home. So I prayed about it and God allowed me to be transferred back to Texas. But, it is good to know I have a new family back in my second home in the San Francisco Bay. Good news from here in Dallas, we are taking up a special offering to help support our sister churches in Russia, Mexico and Africa. We are having a HOPE Earth Day event to clean up a local park here in Dallas and our campus ministry is having a big retreat in April. Our singles ministry is having a spring masquerade ball in April and we are promoting the Singles Conference in Los Angeles as well which is cool. We have a lot of things happening here in Dallas and hopefully some of our singles here will meet some of our singles in the Bay in Anaheim in August. Here is a picture of me and my niece. Sending our love from Texas." - TJ |
In Honor Of Women's History Month Here Are Podcasts By Women In The ICOC

Women of Worth is a fresh look at scores of interesting biblical characters and a source of inspiration for daily Christian living." The first talk was a reading of Ruth, followed by a short introduction of Naomi. Then, next is Naomi, Boaz & Justice, and the last one is about Naom and Orpah. Click HERE to listen to her podcast. Rosa Alejandro's "The Intentional Christian Woman" podcast is about connecting with God. Are you so busy and overwhelmed that you can't get enough time to connect with God? Are distractions robbing you of your time with Jesus? Is your motivation to spend time in the Word different from what it used to be? Do you want to be more consistent in your personal bible study? Welcome home, sister. In this podcast, you will find time-saving strategies that will help you be consistent in your personal bible study to better connect with God. You will find biblical encouragement and tips to eliminate those distractions. You will get inspired and motivated to rekindle your relationship with God! DiEsha Carter's "Widow I Go From Here?" podcast is for those experiencing grief. The Widow I Go From Here Podcast focuses on God in the midst of walking the agonizing path of grief.
